If I would like an insurance quote, who do I call?
Our Farm Bureau agents can assist you with an insurance rate quote. Click the "Find an Agent" button under the "Customer Support" drop-down.

What do I do if I need to submit a claim?
Call our new claims hotline at 1-877-OFB-CLAIM (1-877-632-2524) to report a new claim on any policy with us except crop, life, health, disability, and long term care. It is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. You may also call your agent for help with the claims process. If you are unsure of your agent's name, click the "Find an Agent" button under the "Customer Support" drop-down.

Where are your offices located?
There is at least one Farm Bureau office in every county in the state and some counties have more than one office. To locate an agent near you, click the "Find an Agent" button under the "Customer Support" drop-down.

 

Financial Services Questions

Can I finance my insurance premiums?
Yes. There are three different ways you can pay your insurance premiums: Direct Bill; Quarterly Bill; and PrePlan.

Using PrePlan, you request us to automatically draft the monthly premium from your bank account. Of course, we mail you a statement which keeps you informed.

Check with your agent to see which option is best for you.

Does Farm Bureau offer financing for the purchase of automobiles?

Do I have to be a farmer to buy Farm Bureau insurance?
No. Many people in urban areas have Farm Bureau insurance.

Do I have to be a member of Oklahoma Farm Bureau to buy insurance?
Yes. Our insurance companies were formed for the purpose of providing insurance services to Farm Bureau members. Oklahoma Farm Bureau membership is applied for at the county Farm Bureau level. Click the "Join OFB" button in the "Our Story" drop-down or contact the county Farm Bureau of your choice.

How can I lower my premiums?
There are many ways to lower your homeowners and automobile premiums, including changing limits, coverages and deductibles. In addition, we offer discounts to policyholders who qualify under special programs. For more information, click the "Insurance Products" button.

How does Farm Bureau insurance companies compare with insurance from other companies?
Farm Bureau insurance coverages and rates are competitive with others in the industry. Our most popular line of business is automobile insurance. Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company is the LARGEST Property and Casualty company domiciled in Oklahoma. Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and AgSecurity Insurance Company insurance products are not sold outside Oklahoma.

If I have Farm Bureau insurance in another state, does my insurance automatically transfer to Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company or AgSecurity Insurance Company when I move to Oklahoma?
No, however, we will honor your Farm Bureau Membership from your state of orgin for the remainder of our membership year. Please speak with a Farm Bureau agent in your county if you wish to purchase insurance coverage.

What is the difference between Oklahoma Farm Bureau, Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and AgSecurity Insurance Company?
Oklahoma Farm Bureau is a nonprofit corporation. Through its volunteer leaders and employees, Oklahoma Farm Bureau works to better the lives of people living in rural Oklahoma and to further the goals of those engaged in agricultural production in Oklahoma.

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and the AgSecurity Insurance Company are for-profit companies which provide a full range of insurance products. Click "Insurance Products" button to see the products offered.
